These terms and conditions govern your use of the Serendib Health website and the services provided by Serendib Health. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Serendib Health is a medical tourism facilitation company registered in Sri Lanka with a registered office at 15 off De Saram Rd, Mount Lavinia, Sri Lanka.

Serendib Health is a medical tourism facilitation company. We coordinate and manage the travel, accommodation, and logistical aspects of your medical tourism experience in Sri Lanka. We are not a medical provider, clinic, or hospital. We do not perform, supervise, or take clinical responsibility for any medical procedures. Your hair transplant procedure is performed by an independent partner clinic in Sri Lanka.

Our services include coordinating your initial consultation with our partner clinic, building a personalised package based on your needs and budget, arranging accommodation, airport transfers and local transport, coordinating meals during your stay, arranging optional tourism experiences, providing a dedicated point of contact throughout your journey, coordinating aftercare follow-ups for up to 12 months, and providing general guidance on travel arrangements and insurance.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, perform or supervise medical procedures, guarantee specific medical outcomes or results, provide medical insurance or indemnity cover, book or pay for your flights, or provide travel insurance.

All medical procedures, including hair transplant procedures, carry inherent risks including but not limited to infection, scarring, poor graft survival, uneven results, allergic reactions, and the need for corrective procedures. Serendib Health does not make any representations or guarantees about the outcome of any medical procedure. The decision to undergo a procedure is entirely yours. Our partner clinic may offer corrective procedures if results do not meet the expected clinical standard. The terms of any such corrective work are between you and the clinic.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your scheduled travel date unless otherwise agreed. All prices on our website are listed in USD and are indicative starting prices. Your final package price will be confirmed in writing based on your specific requirements. Once a deposit is paid, your quoted price is locked.

If you cancel more than 30 days before travel: full refund minus a $100 USD processing fee. 15 to 30 days before travel: 50% refund. Less than 15 days before travel: no refund. After arrival in Sri Lanka: no refund. If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund. If our partner clinic cancels or postpones your procedure, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund of payments made to us.

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance before travelling, covering emergency medical treatment, medical evacuation, trip cancellation, personal liability, and lost luggage. Serendib Health does not provide travel insurance.

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents for travel to Sri Lanka.

Serendib Health acts as a facilitator and coordinator. We are not liable for the medical outcome of any procedure, actions or negligence of our partner clinic, actions or negligence of accommodation or transport providers, loss or damage to personal property, delays or disruptions to travel arrangements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have paid to us for your package.

All content on our website is the property of Serendib Health or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

With your explicit consent, we may photograph or record aspects of your experience for marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time. We will never use your name, image, or story without your written consent.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, contact us at hello@serendibhealth.com. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours. For complaints relating to the medical procedure, these should be directed to the clinic. We will assist in facilitating communication.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
